My merry bunch of followers have probably noticed I haven’t been posting as much lately – this is just a quick one to let y’all know I’m not completely giving up on this blogging frequently thing. I’ve just been super busy with work – we’re going all in on creating an exceptional experience for developers on WordPress.com, and I’m part of a small squad that aims to help them succeed, all within 2 hours of opening a request! The work is very exciting and something I’m absolutely enjoying.
On a different note, I’m also trialing for an internal role switch to WordPress VIP‘s Enterprise Team as a Support Engineer – it’s going good so far, and I should know about a final decision in the coming weeks! For those of you who aren’t aware, VIP runs some of the biggest WordPress based sites on the planet – nasa.gov, whitehouse.gov, AlJazeera – just to name a few! If I make it through the trial, I’ll have a chance to increase my impact by folds – something that really drives me anyway. I’ll post an update here when I have one 🙂
