Crafting magic on web

Howdy, I’m Suyogya.

I’m an Enterprise Platform Support Engineer at WordPress VIP where I help run some of the most complex WordPress sites on the planet.

I’ve been building beautiful, functional websites since I was 12 years old and it has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Somewhere on this path, I realized I loved helping others do the same, which is why Customer Success holds a special place in my heart. Currently, I’m an Enterprise Platform Support Engineer on WPVIP, where I help run some of the biggest and most demanding WordPress sites on the planet.

I love to travel, and I’m a converted beach person while I used to love mountains at one point. It’s a long story, but if we ever cross paths, ask away. I’m a firm believer in open source software & love to attend events related to them. If I’m not working, you’ll find me browsing Reddit or listening to music. I’m also a proud dog dad to two of the goodest girls.

Meet my doggos

Mayo, aka Mayonnaise

When we met Mayo, she was a tiny, blind puppy her breeder had given up on. At three weeks old, separated from her mother too early, she was a fighter with a big heart. We adopted her and, thanks to a top vet hospital in India, she regained her sight. Now at 6, our food-loving Mayo, named for her white coat, fills our lives with love and mischief.

Mione, aka Hermione

In New Delhi, we found Mione, a tiny underdog outsmarted by streetwise canines. She joined our family when she was a super scared pup – now, six years later, she’s our canine Hermione Granger. Mione loves belly rubs and chill ‘me time’. Our little wizard in fur, she conjures cozy spots for naps, small but mighty with an enchanting personality.

My random thoughts

  • A lot happened over the last few months – I’ve been busy dealing with all of that in my personal life while balancing things with work. I’ll try to talk a bit about it all in this post, and share pictures where apt! In June, I visited Langkawi, Malaysia, with my previous team in WordPress.com.

  • It’s been quite some time since I last put a post out on here – while this isn’t going to be a long one, I did want to quickly acknowledge that I’m still not entirely giving up on this blogging thing! Life has been challenging lately due to numerous health issues within my family and

About this site

This site is built using the open-source software that powers 43% of the web, WordPress. It runs a customized version of Anders Norén’s Pulitzer theme. The card blocks on the site are developed by Rich Tabor, and are available here. It’s design is also inspired by both Rich’s, and Anders’s personal sites.

I post anything and everything I like here, and I often redesign it. It’s my little corner on the internet. As of now, the site is hosted at WordPress.com, the best WordPress host in the business. Open source forever.

Subscribe to stay in the loop.

I write about anything and everything on this site – from tech related topics that I didn’t find an existing guide for, to simply sharing pictures from a recent team meetup.
